Requirements: DVDs or streams; films must have been produced within the past two years. Films must be no longer than 30 minutes. Only films from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg and South Tyrol
Awards: Grand Prix Victoria, Golden Victoria, Silver Victoria
Fees: € 290 for the first entry, every following entry € 240; Students pay 50 % less; additional category “O” € 180
